Kawasaki Rider Training

Learn to ride on a Kawasaki

Kawasaki Rider Training Services
Kawasaki Rider Training Services’ objective is to a have UK wide network of Schools/ATB’s offering professional rider training to industry leading and MCIAC endorsed standards.
Advanced Riding Techniques Ltd are proud to announce that we are one of the first to be approved for Kawasaki rider training schools in 2016.

Kawasaki Rider Training will be promoted as a rider training service for all current and future Kawasaki customers. The Schools/ATB’s or dealer onsite facilities will remain independent, but endorsed and branded by Kawasaki.

Referred customers will only ever train on new, well-maintained current Kawasaki motorcycles. The KLX 125 for Learners and CBT Courses and the ER650 for full licence courses.

Promotion of KRTS will be carried out by Kawasaki UK and customers will be directed to a central call centre and national website. The services available will be standard throughout the UK and a recommended retail price will be set for each product.

The management and day to day operation of Kawasaki Rider Training Services will fall to the MCIA.  The MCIA will be solely responsible for establishing training centres throughout the UK to support the dealer network by delivering the Kawasaki Rider Training Services. The MCIAC through formal auditing procedures will ensure the agreed operating standards are maintained by all KRTS providers and the customer experience is in-line with Kawasaki expectations and the MCIAC standards of accreditation.

The first Training School appointments are currently underway and by the end of this year, 20 centres will be in-place.

Mark Spiller, Kawasaki’s Marketing and Brand Development Manager commented, “This is a very exciting project for Kawasaki and Industry leading. Our plan is to have circa 60 KRTS Training Schools associated or affiliated to our dealer network within 3 years. These centres will offer the highest standard of service and a first class customer experience. There will also be a package of customer benefits included and we hope to announce further details on this shortly.
