Free Rides

Here at ART we provide a level of service to all of our customers that want to learn to ride a Motorcycle or Scooter with individually tailored courses with all equipment supplied, however if you have never ridden before or are not sure yet that riding a motorbike is for you, we offer a free session on a motorcycle or scooter with all safety equipment at our training school in Copthorne.

As you will appreciate our regular motorcycle lessons and courses are run daily from 8.30am till 4pm so most free trials are around 4pm weekdays or occasionally at weekends.

So if you have ever thought what it would be like to ride a motorcycle but have not considered it untill now, then we can talk you through all the training and testing options, kit you out with all the required equipment and hopefully show you how to pull away and stop safely.

These are no obligation sessions, they will cost you no money nor we will not use any information about you to send to any other third parties to flood you with "sales" emails, all that we do ask is that you first come in to our office for a chat before we will book you a free session.

Riding a motorcycle whether for commuting or pleasure is hughly enjoyable experience and with the advancements in clothing technolgy you wont get cold or wet when it rains. (as it so often does here in UK Summertime!) So come in and see us and find out whats its all about.

Cycling ability
You must be able to ride a bicycle competently with good control and balance before the start of the course and display good control of the cycle

• be able to demonstrate balance
• be able to ride one handed whilst making a signal
• be able to look behind.

Please bing your Driving Licence with you, both paper counterpart & plastic photocard. Dont worry if you dont have one yet as we have driving licence application forms in the office (Form D1)

Please also note that we do not use these sessions for assessing how much training you require to pass a full test.
For a full licence assesment you must already have a CBT and motorcycle theory test.

P&H Motorcycles have the largest fleet of demonstrators in the South of England for you to try once you have your Full Motorcycle Licence.
